At Night Kitchen Coffee, we strive to work with the same producers each year. By maintaining relationships with producers, not only are we bringing you consistent coffee year over year, but we are also doing our small part to create a more sustainable and equitable coffee industry.

As for our roasting, our primary goal is to bring our consumers evenly roasted, consistently well-balanced, and bright coffees. While we do have some very unique coffees, we try to ensure that all of our coffees are approachable, and can be brewed using any method.

Aside from sourcing brilliant and unique coffees from the same producers each year, we are also able to roast with intentionality using a fluid bed coffee roasting machine. What sets fluid bed apart from the more traditional method of coffee roasting (drum roasting) is that it circulates the bed of coffee beans using hot air and that same hot air simultaneously roasts the coffee while keeping it in motion. Fluid bed machines are known for clean, consistent and evenly-roasted coffees.
