This is our house blend combining a microlot coffee from the Caranavi growing region Bolivia along with an incredible small production Brazilian coffee. The Bolivian coffee is a washed coffee while the Brazilian is a semi-natural processed. Each coffee stands up as a great single varietal but together they excel. This is a full flavored coffee with incredible range of flavor. We have used it in cold brewed iced coffee, pour over, drip pot, and espresso. We think this is a perfect example of our philosophy on roasting.
