Sourced from a collection of farms from the Morales family, a multi-generational coffee farming group in the San Pedro Necta Highlands. This is actually a blended lot from multiple family farms.
The Bartlett Pear Bakery is featuring this coffee for at least the early summer in 2016 and we were lucky enough to take it to the James Beard House on May 24th when Jordan and Alice took at taste of the Eastern Shore to Manhattan.
This will be an extremely limited retail release and you can buy it here online or at the Bartlett Pear Bakery.
This is one of my favorite coffees this year.
